Pimp My Ass

I personally dont see much of a difference but I registered with a new doctor in my new area a few days ago and when they did the standard health check, I weighed in at 63kgs!!! SIXTY THREE! That means Im actually in the 130s! Im so over the moon! I havent weighed this little for years!

I also received a fat percentage measuring tool, you know those things you pinch your fat with? Well it read 11mm which translates to 21.5% for my age which means Im on the cusp of lean/ideal :D

To be honest, I have not done a stitch of exercise since I got to the UK about 5 or 6 weeks ago, but I have been eating very little, like two small meals a day, usually a small baked potato with some sandwich pickle and a chopped up celery stick with butter and mayo haha, and then something else like scrambled eggs with rocket (arugula) and cherry tomatoes on a slice of granary.

And pretty much mostly drinking water and my redbush tea with honey and the occasional coffee when I need to get motivated for the day.

This week Ive binged on Quality Street chocolates :/ But I got new running shoes so I will be picking that up again - I find if I dont exercise my whole life stalls, I cant think properly or get focused or feel motivated to do anything. Exercise is so important!

peace.

GOAL WEIGHT ONE ACHIEVED! 65KGS!

Ok, so the past three weeks have been super stressful with moving to London from Australia and I havent done any exercise apart from the large amount of walking it takes to get around London and Ive also not been eating much as Im that broke right now, but it feels good!

Today I ate 2 boiled eggs with a stick of celery, half a tomato and half a bell pepper and some olive oil and salt and pepper.

Then I boiled two corn on the cobs, sliced off the kernels, added butter and marmite and now Im full!

I also had a cup of decaff coffee and am sipping water.

Yesterday I had a nervous breakdown :/

So glad to see you are doing this :D I am following because I enjoy the healthy, veggie-minded weekly outlook you have. Plus... woman, you are just an inspiration to do, say, and feel the things I want to feel while living and staying strong. I've done p90x for 4-5 months, gave up because of the "addictive feel" of daily workouts. Before that I under ate and jogged every day. It always feels like my health is directly connected to my mind processes... and it's quite true (mind over matter, I always say). To not get long and drawn out, I think you're super awesome, feel inspired by you strength, and love that you aren't some 22 year old going about this. This is coming from a 27 year old gal.

Keep on keepin' on, and I am going to love reading this blog. I absolutely love your article on local jungle gyms as personal gyms. :D

Hey, thanks so much for your message! Its messages like these that keep me going, now Im not answering only to myself haha! Im glad you find me inspiring and I hope you will learn to speak your truth everyday too, theres no other way to go!
I am sometimes feeling like I want to work out twice a day. Im not working at the moment so I have nothing to do all day, so sometimes I want to just workout some more… Im also impatient for results!
I also find it harder to shift the weight and see results at 31yrs old. My body just does not bounce back into shape like it did in my 20s (I cant believe I just said that! argh! - I dont even FEEL 30!).
Having spent 5 days last week working out, I get anxious if I miss a day and worry all my hard work is going to come back on my hips!
Personally, I want to look like I work out and that Im fit and healthy, not like I dont eat enough.

I admire your determination! Keep going but stay healthy alright? Can't wait to see you achieve your desired results!

Thank you!
For as long as I can remember Ive always wanted to be lean and toned but never but in the work to get there. Now Im finally feeling like Im doing it!
Im not strict with my diet and I know all there is to know about diet and exercise and health as its a main interest of mine for many years and Im learning every day still!
Ive tracked my diet at livestrong.com’s myplate website and Im not hitting 2000 cals a day, but I do eat at least 1000, sometimes just under, Im only 3 weeks in so Im still figuring out what works for me.
Im also feeling the pressure because im going back to strip club stripping and the more lean and toned you are, the more money you make :)

I've been following you on thedame for quite some time, but I have to say, you shouldn't be eating under 1000 calories a day! Your body goes into starvation mode and starts clinging to whatever fat you put into your body. Instead, eat lean proteins (like beans and nuts), and tons of veggies. And protein shakes help a lot. Green tea also spikes your metabolism.

I think you're really wonderful, and I struggled with an eating disorder for a long time. You just don't want to get caught up in a losing battle...to lose weight, I think around 1400 calories is perfect! Good luck with everything!

Thank you, today I simply didnt have time to eat much. I upped my protein intake last week, now I have a couple protein shakes a day, with around 3 boiled eggs and brocolli and tomatoes and red pepper and celery and tuna (but im sick of that now) so will be eating chicken and green beans this week. Im actually mostly vegetarian but Im trying a low carb diet right now because I have dance auditions next week and I need to drop fat fast. I do eat little and often if you look at my diet for the past three weeks.
I promise I DO NOT have an eating disorder, I have zero self control (atho Im working on this!) and absolutely cannot NOT eat or throw up my food because I LOVE food.
This is the first time Im making an actual effort to do any exercise daily and watch what I eat in terms of not just eating whatever the hell I want like I was. :)
Thanks very much for your input!
ps: I keep a packet of blanched almonds in my handbag to much on when Im on the run and drink 3ltrs of water a day.

I burned 1021 calories in 90mins Bikram Yoga today!

Im so going back tomorrow!
