GOAL WEIGHT ONE ACHIEVED! 65KGS!
Ok, so the past three weeks have been super stressful with moving to London from Australia and I havent done any exercise apart from the large amount of walking it takes to get around London and Ive also not been eating much as Im that broke right now, but it feels good!

Your body goes into starvation mode and starts clinging to whatever fat you put into your body. Instead, eat lean proteins (like beans and nuts), and tons of veggies. And protein shakes help a lot. Green tea also spikes your metabolism.

My diet and exercise this week ending 15/08/10
mon: 2 small apples, protien shake w/ LSA mix and omega oil, large latté, coconut water, brocolli and a tomato with 3 hard boiled eggs, mini gold & blacks 70% dark chocolate, water. mon workout: 40 squats, sumos, lunges. 90min bikram yoga.

Seeing results!
So Ive been doing some form of walking and running every day this week (minus monday) as well as some strength training (mostly legs) and I am seeing a little bit more trim on me. I also have more energy and a better mood despite having my period today.
I weighed myself at the mall with all my clothes on and Im around 68kgs. (150pnds)
My Ultimate Goal Weight is 58kgs, but I have to take into...

You dont need a gym to get in shape
Today was a gorgeous day and I was in an excellent mood so I went down to the beach where they have fitness installations. Thanks to this post by Luc Carl, I wanted to see how many pull ups I could do and I knew there was a pull up bar on the beach. mon: small apple, small can tuna with corn and mayo, nectarine, 1 avocado, 1/2 cup peas, carrot, two sticks celery, packet biltong, pot yoghurt, nectarine, rooibos tea with honey, slice raisin bread with butter and honey, water. mon workout: 3 sets of 20 leg lifts, squats, lunges, pushups and sumo squats.

Fitspiration
So Ive been collecting pictures of girls with what I think is the ideal body, as well as butt and tummy pics and have put them in their own folder which I use as my screensaver, so when Im doing my leg lifts, squates and lunges, I watch these perfect, toned bodies float across my macbook screen and it pushes me to do another set :)

What Ive eaten this week ending 01/08/10
mon: two coffees, two slices cheese on toast, caramel latté, 2 small apples, pasta bolognaise, water. (staying at a friends house so my diet is not ideal for today) mon workout: 30min walk
- weighed myself at the doctor, 68.6kgs :( not seeing any progress anywhere!
tues: vanilla latte, falafel wrap, water, shared plate of nachos, bottle of cider, packet biltong, bottle sparkling wine, 2 cans...
Goal weights and measurements.
When I was 18 (13yrs ago!), I was at my smallest. I was a dancer and took party drugs as well as diet pills made from ephedrine. I was a size 8 (US10) and weighed 55kilos. Thats the lowest weight Ive ever been at apart from when I was 16 and very sick and I weighed 47kilos.
Anyway, Id like to weigh 55 again, so:
19/7/10 - 65kgs - 143lbs

skinemine2b asked: You mentioned how you find it difficult to eat under 1000 cals....if that is so, try to eat mostly veggies and fruits...but mostly veggies ;) even if you don't believe in negative calorie foods...these are the best way to go because they are still soooo low cal and high in nutrition =] and water should be your best friend! <3

Been a bad girl
So after a week of eating very little, I ate a small pizza on Fri night, then nothing on Sat, but drank a whole bunch of alcohol, altho I had a couple lines of coke at this party which made my bowels move and on Sunday, my jeans were looser on me.
But this week Ive not been very good… I dont remember what I had on Monday, but on Tuesday I had a coffee and some soup at my fave organic...

Had a week off so hit the gym today. Only managed 15min run on the treadmill but did 45mins weights - arms, stomach and 50kgs leg press :)

Double work out day
So because i didnt work last night, I woke up at 9am and decided to head to the gym for their Body Balance class which is a mixture of yoga and pilates.
Spent the rest of the day lying in the sun and taking a nap before heading to my Lushious Legs class of which I missed half thanks to being stuck in traffic.
Feeling a bit down today, so hopefully tomorrow will be a good day and I can make it...

Another day of sweating it out
Even tho it was 36 degrees celcius today (pretty hot!) I still managed to do my 8min abs and yoga warm up before finally making it to my first 1.5hr Muay Thai class which was wicked. It was great to find out how hard I can kick and punch and the movements are gonna give me great arms and abs.
I then drove straight to my splits & flex class which is always painful but very good, damn I wish...

Mondays are intense work out days
Workout: 1hr Body Combat class followed by 1hr Pole Dancing Intermediate 1 class.
Food: mini poppy seed and orange peel muffin, protein shake w/ rice milk and water, almond and berry cereal, chicken and veg stir fry with tomato chutney, yoghurt. Chlorella pills. Couple Litres of water.

W/e Catch Up
Fri: 5min run warm up, 3 sets of 20 reps 30kgs leg press / 15kgs arm press.
Sat: 40min vinyasa flow yoga, really got me sweating and feeling alive! 8min abs.
Sun: rest day
Food that I can remember: Lots of apples, nectarines and bananas. A home made pizza with avocado, sundried tomatoes, onions, turkey slices and low fat cheese on. Steam fried chicken breast with quinoa and asparagus and...
So annoyed.
So yesterday due to spending all day in bed with depression, I didnt work out and today, my Tom Tom took me to the wrong place to go to my first Muay Thai class, so I drove to the gym only to find it so full people looked like they were crawling over each other! And it was too cold to go for a beach run, so thats two days with no exercise! :(

Yesterday I hit the gym but wasnt really feeling it so I did just 15mins hill interval on the treadmill then 3 sets of 15 rep 30kgs leg press and 3 sets of 15 rep chest press.
