This body is from 8 weeks of weekly one hour pole dancing classes as well as working as a pole dancer 3-4 times per week.

I went back to the gym on the 2nd November. 

So far I have done:

2nd Nov: 30min treadmill run at speed 8.
3rd Nov: 30min treadmill run at speed 8.
4th Nov: 20min hill interval treadmill and some weights.
8th Nov: 8min abs.
9th Nov: 30min hill interval treadmill and 8min abs. 1hr pole dancing class.
11th Nov: 20min hill interval treadmill.
12th Nov: 1hr run/walk on beach.
13th Nov: 8min abs
Today: 40min yoga and 8min abs.

Ive limited my alcohol to 2 drinks on the weekend only and cut out sugar as much as I can.  I supplement my diet with Spirulina and Chlorella as well as a Redbak whey protein isolate a couple times a day with a 1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries and rice milk.
