Yesterday I hit the gym but wasnt really feeling it so I did just 15mins hill interval on the treadmill then 3 sets of 15 rep 30kgs leg press and 3 sets of 15 rep chest press.
Later I went back to the gym to do a 1.5hr Body Combat class that totally kicked ass. Lots of high knee kicks, side kicks, hooks, jabs and serious sweating. No rest the whole class and I loved it. I was a bit uncoordinated being as it was my first class, but I cant wait for the next class.
After that I went to a 1hr pole dancing class where we learned the Handstand Plié and leg extension and The Stage (handstand with one leg on pole, other leg hanging over your head with back arched) which gave me a mean headache.

Like this but youre doing a handstand in front of the pole. The move in the picture is the advanced Stag move.
Then I went to work, but just did one stage set of 25mins which got me sweating again and then went home.
Today, I have my first Muay Thai class for 1.5hrs and the straight onto a 1hr Splits & Flex class (stretching) and then work again.
