Fri: 5min run warm up, 3 sets of 20 reps 30kgs leg press / 15kgs arm press.
Sat: 40min vinyasa flow yoga, really got me sweating and feeling alive! 8min abs.
Sun: rest day
Food that I can remember: Lots of apples, nectarines and bananas. A home made pizza with avocado, sundried tomatoes, onions, turkey slices and low fat cheese on. Steam fried chicken breast with quinoa and asparagus and tomato chutney. Big veggie stir fry that was also used in another meal with brown rice and chicken. fat free yoghurt. Oh and a chicken salad w/o the sauce at a restaurant. Cant remember what else. Oh wait, a bowl of oatmeal with honey and flaxseeds. And a bag of microwave butter popcorn with garlic salt. A mini yoghurt.
I had a fair bit to drink on Fri night, lots of champagne and a couple whiskey and cokes. Naughty! Sat night I stuck to just 2 glasses of champagne.
