Workout: 1hr Body Combat class followed by 1hr Pole Dancing Intermediate 1 class.
Food: mini poppy seed and orange peel muffin, protein shake w/ rice milk and water, almond and berry cereal, chicken and veg stir fry with tomato chutney, yoghurt. Chlorella pills. Couple Litres of water.
I can slowly see the top of my abs forming and the top of my knees are more defined as well as my biceps a bit. Dont feel satisfied with results as yet, feel like I need to do more. Waist is now 28 inches held in.
I should have eaten more today. Need to go buy more fruit.
