So after a week of eating very little, I ate a small pizza on Fri night, then nothing on Sat, but drank a whole bunch of alcohol, altho I had a couple lines of coke at this party which made my bowels move and on Sunday, my jeans were looser on me.
But this week Ive not been very good… I dont remember what I had on Monday, but on Tuesday I had a coffee and some soup at my fave organic café.
I bought carrots, red pepper, cucumber and celery and cut them up, then I made guacamole with avos, peas, garlic and lemon juice - so yum! So I ate that for dinner this week. And Ive been eating oranges during the day with lots of water. Oh and a whole bunch of popcorn.
I ate a pizza yesterday and drank quite a bit of cider…
Today Ive had a banana, a nectarine, a small coffee and a small bowl of vegetable stir fry.
I also went for a 30min walk/run but its been ages since Ive done this so I pulled my groin muscle.
Gonna do some yoga in a bit.
I weighed myself today - 67kgs (147), which means Ive lost 2 or 3kilos in 3 weeks without any exercise. I want to get down to 60kilos (132) at least since I know I have a lot of muscle mass.
Im due to be back in London by mid Aug which gives me 3 weeks to lose 7kilos… hahahaha, def gonna hav to hit the tarmac hard! But then it can be done, 2kilos a week is a healthy weight loss. Im just crap at getting off my ass…
