sun: sausage in a white roll with onions and sauce, cup of milo (144cal) | 2 pints of cider (500cal)| bottle red wine and lamb roast with pots, carrots & peas (unknown).

mon: nectarine (100cal), cup-a-soup (119cal), vegetable risotto (unknown) and a vanilla latté (220cal), lots of water for hangover!, rooibos tea with spoon of honey (20cal)
mon workout: leg lifts

tues: nectarine (100cal), fresh organic vegetable soup with slice of organic bread (unknown), two lattés (174cal), brocolli, mushroom and garlic noodles (unknown), cup of rooibos tea with spoon of honey (20cal), water
tues workout: leg lifts, squats, lunges, sumo squates, push ups.

wed: banana, cup of rooibos tea with Tspoon of honey, packet of biltong, mushroom, grean beans, celery and zuccini with noodles, water, glass of wine.
wed workout: lunges, squates, sumo squates, push ups, 8min abs, 20min pilates, 10min walk.

thur: banana, cup of rooibos tea with Tspoon of honey, latte, sweet potato and goat curd tart and salad, water, roasted vegetable wraps with 1/2 avocado, milo.
thur workout: 30min run/walk, leg lifts, push ups

fri: sweet potato soup and a bit of garlic bread, 1.5pints cider, cocktail, shot of jaeger, 4 whiskey and cokes.
fri workout: two hours of great sex! :D

sat: chicken massaman curry with small rice, two grilled veg wraps with half avocado, water.
sat workout: none, slept all day then took flight to melbourne

sun: 2 coffees, sunday lamb roast, ate all veggies and a bit of lamb, 1/2 pint of cider, water, slice of beans and cheese on toast, small apple.
sun workout: 30min walk to pub for lunch
