You mentioned how you find it difficult to eat under 1000 cals....if that is so, try to eat mostly veggies and fruits...but mostly veggies ;) even if you don't believe in negative calorie foods...these are the best way to go because they are still soooo low cal and high in nutrition =] and water should be your best friend! <3
im vegetarian, so thats not hard! i dont buy or eat bread or pasta and rarely eat potatoes. I had grilled vegetable wraps tonight and was so bloated, I figured its from the wheat in the wraps. Thanks for the tips :)
