What Ive eaten this week ending 01/08/10

mon: two coffees, two slices cheese on toast, caramel latté, 2 small apples, pasta bolognaise, water. (staying at a friends house so my diet is not ideal for today)
mon workout: 30min walk
- weighed myself at the doctor, 68.6kgs :( not seeing any progress anywhere!

tues: vanilla latte, falafel wrap, water, shared plate of nachos, bottle of cider, packet biltong, bottle sparkling wine, 2 cans redbull
tues workout: lots of city walking/siteseeing

wed: caramel latte, pumpkin, spinach, cheese and poached egg on sourdough, vanilla latte, tomato soup, two slices granary, packet crisps on flight to perth, water, rooibos and honey.
wed workout: lots of city walking/siteseeing

thurs: orange, 1 avocado mashed with 1/2 cup peas, lemon juice and garlic to eat with a carrot and two sticks of celery, mixed fresh vegetable risotto, water, 2btls bacardi breezer
thurs workout: just 20 leg lifts, slept most of the day due to shitty flight from melbourne.

fri: orange, pint cider, chicken, sweet chilli and sour cream pizza, mixed vegetable risotto, a lot of milo from the can…, rooibos tea and honey, water.
fri workout: just 20 leg lifts

sat: banana, winter veg soup and a slice of crusty bread, 2 cups english breakfast tea with milk and 1.5sgrs, nectarine, 6 cups veg with a cup of quinoa (lunch and dinner), half a small can of milo, water
sat workout: 5 sets 20 leg lifts, squats, lunges, sumo squates

sun: banana, avocado, tomato and chutney turkish bread sandwich, hazelnut latte, nectarine, 1/2 cup maltezers, 1/2 pint cider, rum cocktail, packet crisps, pot of yoghurt, water.
sun workout: 20 leg lifts, 20 lunges, 20 squates, 20 sumo squates, 5 push ups
