mon workout: 40 squats, sumos, lunges. 90min bikram yoga.
tues: rooibos tea w/ honey, small apple, protein shake w/ LSA mix and omega oil, a whole lotta nut free butter, 1ltr home made tomato soup, a couple slices Domino’s garlic bread.
tues workout: walk to shop/bank and back, twice, about 15mins in total. Stressful day due to booking flights to London.
